Introduction
Project forms are client-facing questionnaires used to collect information during an engagement — scoping details, access credentials, system inventories, or any structured data you need from the client.
Forms are built from form templates and support:
- Dynamic field types configured in a visual form builder
- Internal submission by authenticated team members or client accounts
- Public sharing via a token-based link (no login required)
- Email notifications when a form is submitted
